Each year Benco Dental holds a Sales Conference for their sales force members. It is a destination event with over 1,000 attendees. This year was in Las Vegas for 3 days in April.

We use our in-house team to brand it so everything. My logo was chosen this year and elements from this were used throughout all of the collateral.

We also use our in-house photography/videography team to record the event. Each morning starts with a recap video of the previous day, created the previous day. We usually split up the work for this, but we were severely understaffed (only two of us) so I made all of the recaps and had a large hand in shooting the footage as well.
